“PROPERTY COMPANY OF THE YEAR” AT THE YOUNG NORWOOD PROPERTY AWARDS
Great Marlborough Estates were proud to be awarded “Property Company of the Year” at the Young Norwood Property Awards. The judges highlighted the developer’s work on complex projects which includes the Grade-I listed development at Regent’s Crescent, planning at Vauxhall Cross and the Grade-II listed development at 38 Langham Street which stood out from the competition as landmark developments in 2018.
RIBA LONDON REGIONAL AWARD
Awarded the RIBA London Regional Award 2013
The Wakefield Street Townhouses, designed by architects Piercy & Company, were awarded a prestigious RIBA London Regional Award. The RIBA award season culminated in October with the Stirling Prize, which was selected from amongst the recipients of RIBA National Awards.
